Antavo is a technology company helping global fashion and retail brands like Luisaviaroma, Jimmy Jazz and Pepsi improve customer retention. HI THERE, I’m Zsuzsa Kecsmar, CCO at Antavo


You will be teaming up with me to ensure that the technical integration of our loyalty management platform is a smooth process. You will be the bridge between the client’s and Antavo’s dev teams, giving them support to unblock both parties during the development period.

This exciting position involves international travel.

  • Cooperating with the developer teams in order to get a successful program launch
  • Giving technical support for the clients during integrations
  • Being a bridge between our development team and the client’s technical team
  • Providing hands-on technical support for clients throughout integrations
  • Preparing technical and integration documentation
  • Taking part in personal meetings and international calls with clients (alongside our account managers)
  • Giving demos to clients about the product features delivered


  • Professional use of English (C1 level)
  • Good overview and hands-on experience in web technologies (RESTful web services, Javascript frameworks, APIs, SDKs, various webshop engines) and databases (both SQL and noSQL)
  • You’re a friendly person who likes helping people
  • Understanding of software development processes


  • ISTQB exam
  • Testing background
  • Experience in working in an international environment
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify)
