Hi there, I’m Mattia Namar, VP of Italy at Antavo.

 

This role is for you if you are easygoing and you hate to fail. You are a native Italian with a good command of English. You see opportunities where others see risks. You like to look for new prospects, engage with them, and set up the basis for a long and rewarding relationship.


This job is ideal for you if you want to play an active role in boosting the expansion of our Italian market. You will learn a lot about B2B sales in the marketing/loyalty fashion and retail fields.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with the marketing team and our Italian Sales Executive to develop targeted prospect lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive opportunities for new business
  • Achieving qualified opportunity quotas and pipeline progression
  • Understanding and developing the sales process
  • Overcoming objections by genuinely caring & learning about the prospect’s business needs and showing them the value that Antavo can provide

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native Italian speaker
  • Fluency in English
  • You are detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Business acumen

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • B2B or SaaS or startup experience (2-3 years)
  • Business degree
  • Willing to travel to Italy when required

THIS ROLE WILL SUIT YOU IF

  • You want to work in sales
  • You learn quickly and you would like to use the best B2B sales technology available (Datanyze, PersistIQ, Hubspot, etc.)
  • You want to be based in Budapest, Hungary initially with the possibility of being relocated to Italy within 1 or 2 years
