Antavo helps global retail companies, like Luisaviaroma, N Brown Group, The Benetton Group and Extreme Digital to run data-driven loyalty programs. We are in a scale-up phase and expecting to triple our revenues in 2020!

This role is for you if you are easygoing and hate to fail. Your written English is perfect and you see opportunities where others see risk. You like to research prospects, learn more about their lives, and spot small but important details.

This job is ideal for you if you would like to kick-start or continue your career in sales. You will learn a lot about B2B sales, startups, and the retail/eCommerce industries. You’ll have the chance to drive our expansion in the English-speaking markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working closely with the sales team to develop targeted prospect lists, call strategies, and messaging that drive opportunities for new business
  • Achieving qualified opportunity quotas and pipeline progression
  • Understanding and developing the sales process
  • Overcoming objections by genuinely caring & learning about the prospect’s business needs and showing them the value that Antavo can provide

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent written skills in English
  • You are punctual and detail-oriented, with analytical skills
  • Work from wherever you want (we have offices in London, Frankfurt, Milan, Dubai, Budapest and Szeged but colleagues from Hong Kong and India as well!) 

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • B2B or SaaS or startup experience
  • Native English speaker
  • Degree: completely irrelevant - we only measure it for temperature.
