As an account manager at Antavo, you will be working with the Implementation, Strategy & Insights, and Tech Teams to ensure our clients’ overall satisfaction with our product and services. Your job will be to oversee the day-to-day client relationships and operations of accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate as the lead point of contact with the client, developing a trusted adviser relationship
  • Understand the clients’ IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements and challenges, and add value by implementing Antavo strategy
  • Monitor and manage client health
  • Be a proactive partner who helps clients understand the performance of their loyalty program and provides best practices
  • Effectively coordinate and collaborate across business units (including Sales, Strategy, Implementation, Tech, and Marketing teams) within Antavo to bring together all project elements
  • Drive issues to closure, oversee completion of complex projects

REQUIREMENTS

  • An experienced professional, with 3-5 years of Account Management, Sales, or Communication experience (or equivalent)
  • Relevant work experience in a customer-facing position
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player
  • Diplomacy and tact under pressure when working through customer issues
  • Fluent English knowledge
